2 million in Seed funding led by new investor Conexus Venture Capital, with participation from Innovate Calgary, Lex Capital Management, and The51 Ventures in the round. As of June 2022, the firm has over 14 employees. The company provides software as a service that acts as a digital executor assistant to assist grieving families with administrative tasks and paperwork related to the deceased, such as government notifications and benefits, subscription and account closures, insurance and pension claims, identity theft protection, probate and tax guidance, and so on. Additionally, the firm provides an online platform for estate settlement through provides personalized, fully guided, task tracking, and document automation to help families navigate the process.

Cadence plans to use the June 2022 capital to fuel its expansion across Canada and into the United States (US), grow its team and invest in sales, marketing, and product development.
